We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online.

For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. For standard returns and exchanges, buyer pays return shipping.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please drop a message below or email us at info@urgobeauty.com in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.

I purchased the Fall shade of the Tribute Gloss & I adore it! I love the large applicator on the wand. The color is perfect- it looks natural, but also has a pop of accentuating color. It feels luscious on your lips & it smells delicious too! Definitely a treat for your lips!
