Returns & Exchanges
We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online.
Drop us a message if you have any problems, questions or concerns. We want to do everything we can to make it right.
For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. For standard returns and exchanges, buyer pays return shipping.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please drop a message below or email us at info@urgobeauty.com in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.

How do we recommend applying?
There really isn't a wrong way to apply concealer, but here are a few tips that should help:
- Concealer can be applied before or after foundation. We recommend applying concealer first to start.
- Dab product on your skin in the desired areas, wait a few seconds and then use your fingers to gently pat the product to work it into your skin.
- After applying foundation, if you need extra coverage, you can add more concealer on top.
