We know that stock colors don't always cover it, so let's work together to create your perfect color match. We will work with you to find your perfect color and custom formula. After we chat one-on-one we will send custom colors for you to try. We will not stop until we get it right, and there is no additional charge if another set of samples is needed. Once your formula is set, it is saved for future purchases and can be ordered as "Already Perfected Custom."
How does our Two-Step Foundation work? Our unique two-step formula provides maximum staying power. Use Step 1 on the oily parts of your face, or all over like a primer. It helps to minimize shine all day without clogging your pores. Then, apply Step 2 either side by side or all over as well. Step 2 works to keep the skin hydrated while reducing redness and inflammation. It provides full coverage with a natural finish. The two steps blend seamlessly and help your makeup stay looking flawless all day!

Step 2 (1 oz): For full coverage and hydration, can be used side-by-side or layered with Step 1

Our products are not made by a machine and sitting on a shelf. We stock components of makeup and freshly mix your product right before sending it out. This helps to ensure the freshest ingredients and allows us to make custom products.

Returns & Exchanges
We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online.
Drop us a message if you have any problems, questions or concerns. We want to do everything we can to make it right.
For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. For standard returns and exchanges, buyer pays return shipping.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please drop a message below or email us at info@urgobeauty.com in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise.

Two Steps for Lasting Results
URGO Beauty all started from this idea of a Two-Step Foundation. I was getting up at 5 am to ride my horses, Urban & Ego, would change and wash up at the barn, head straight to work for the day and usually would have plans after work. I needed makeup that I could quickly apply at the barn, could handle my busy schedule, not cause breakouts and maybe even help my skin. Why was that such a crazy concept?
I used to ask myself, why should I spend time and money on skincare products and then clog up my skin with harsh makeup just because I wanted it to be long-lasting? As equestrians we are especially around a lot of dirt and get sweaty, neither of which are great for sensitive, acne-prone skin, so I needed makeup that could help nourish and treat my skin and not encourage breakouts. I created the Two-Step Foundation to give YOU the power to apply it based on what YOUR skin needs.
So How Does it Work?
Step 1 provides oil control to help reduce oil production throughout the day. This helps hold your foundation in place (and not let it melt away).
Step 2 provides nourishment, helps reduce redness and inflammation and provides more coverage.
The two steps are made from the same base and toned exactly the same so no one will would even know you used two steps. They can be applied alone, side by side or layered. It is completely up to YOU and what YOUR skin needs.
